Azuma Wakoucha紅茶產自和束町，這座位於京都南部的山區以碾茶栽培和抹茶生產聞名。這款茶是東家族每年少量生產的wakōcha（日本紅茶）之一。在夏季採摘前不久，茶葉會被一種名為unka的小蟲侵襲。這些蟲子以微妙的方式損害茶葉，為成品紅茶增添了特色與深度。

I keep going back for another cup as soon as the pot's empty—the smoothness from those Samidori and Asahi leaves is just right. Even letting it steep a little longer than I usually would didn't bring out any harsh bite, just that gently brisk character the description promises.
