Bamboe Matcha Garde (Chasen)

My first attempt at matcha was clumpy and bitter, but with this whisk the powder dissolves into a silky, smooth foam in under a minute. The tines feel delicate yet sturdy, and the single-piece bamboo construction makes it easy to rinse clean without worrying about glue or seams.
