The long bamboo baking really comes through in the flavor—it's smooth and rich without any harsh bite, even on the second steep. I've been brewing it in my gaiwan every afternoon and the aroma alone is worth it.

I’m usually picky about oolong, but this one’s medium fermentation hits a perfect balance—not too grassy, not too roasted. The long baking over bamboo gives it a smooth, almost creamy finish that lasts through several steeps. Already on my second order.
