The roasting really comes through in every sip—it's nutty and comforting, not bitter at all. I've been brewing it after dinner as a wind-down cup, and that chestnut-brown liquor is as pretty as it is tasty.

Steeped a cup this afternoon and the chestnut-brown liquor is exactly as described—smooth and toasty without any of the bitterness I usually get from green teas. It's become my go-to afternoon break, and the loose leaf makes a second steep that's still plenty flavorful.
