Category: Čaj Oolong
Náš sypaný čaj Ruby je silně fermentovaný oolong z vysokohorských plantáží. Pevně svinuté lístky byly pomalu praženy, aby vznikla sytě červená nálev, od které čaj získal své jméno. Plné tělo s vrstvami kakaa a černé třešně z něj dělá skvělý každodenní oolong.
Lze zalít až 5krát.

The tightly rolled leaves unfurl beautifully and the deep red brew is exactly as described. I've been drinking it every afternoon since it arrived, and that full-bodied, slow-baked character keeps me coming back for another cup.
The slow-baking really shows in the cup—that deep red brew is as rich as the name promises, and the flavor holds up beautifully even after a few steeps. I’ve had high mountain oolongs before, but this one’s full body makes it my new afternoon pick.
The tightly rolled leaves unfurl beautifully in the gaiwan, and that slow-baked, full-bodied character really comes through in the deep red liquor. It’s my new afternoon ritual.
