My first attempt at matcha was clumpy and bitter, but with this whisk the powder dissolves into a silky, smooth foam in under a minute. The tines feel delicate yet sturdy, and the single-piece bamboo construction makes it easy to rinse clean without worrying about glue or seams.
The tines are so finely cut that the bamboo flexes just right, creating a thick, velvety froth in under thirty seconds. I've tried cheaper whisks before, but none of them aerate the matcha this evenly.
The tines are so fine and flexible that they whip up a frothy layer in under a minute, and the single-piece bamboo construction feels sturdy in my hand. I’ve used it every morning for a week now, and my matcha comes out noticeably creamier than with my old plastic whisk.
